Lisa graduated and received certification from the Ohio College of Massotherapy (OCM) in 1988 and received her license to practice massage therapy from the State of Ohio Medical Board in 1989. She has trained in a variety of complimentary and alternative modalities such as CarnioSacral Therapy, Counter Strain, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy, Energy Medicine including a New Certification in Eden Energy Medicine as of April, 2011, Reiki Master, Polarity Therapy and Watsu (water shiatsu). Lisa returned to OCM and received her Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy Degree, after which she began teaching. Currently, she is on staff as an Instructor of Massage.
Julie Jenson was born and raised in Washington State. After residing in PA for 9 years, she moved to the suburbs of Cleveland in 2006 with her husband and son. Her love of sports and the outdoors lead her to a career in massage. She went back to school in 2007 and graduated from the Ohio College of Massotherapy in December 2008 as class valedictorian. She also holds a B.A. in History from the University of Washington in Seattle. Julie passed the Ohio State Board Exam for massage therapy in August 2009. She is certified in Myofascial Release and has studied Precison Neuromusclular Therapy techniques. Although Julie’s experience in running events from 5K’s to 50K’s guides her work with athletes, she enjoys restoring all body types to normal, pain-free function.
